SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (HRA)
I, Richard Hinkle, Chairman of the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority for the City of Elk River, am requesting a special
meeting of the Authority for Tuesday, September 7, 1993, at
4 :45 p.m. , to be held at the Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono
Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota.
The purpose of the special meeting is to consider:
a. Illustrations for Jackson Square parking lot improvements;
b. Other illustrations for former railroad property parking
lot improvements; and,
IIIc. A recommendation from the Elk River City Council to find
50% of eligible redevelopment costs, up to a maximum of
$25,000 for a redevelopment project at Main Street and
Freeport Avenue.
d. A request by Elk Terrace Limited Partnership for
reimbursement of a change order (utility shut-off at 4th
and Holt)
