Attached for your review is a request for an administrative subdivision. The
applicant. Astrid McBeath, is proposing subdivide a 17 acre parcel into 2 lots.
The property is located immediately west of the end of Islandview Drive and
191st Avenue. Part of the southern boundary of the property abuts Lake
Orono. There is also access to this property from 189th Avenue.
This application is scheduled for the March 17, 1997 City Council meeting for
their consideration. Your comments would be appreciated.
