PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION

I,Dana Anderson, Chair of the Park and Recreation Commission,
hereby request a special meeting of the Park and Recreation Commission on
April 16, 1997, at 7:00 p:m. to be held at the Elk River City Hall, 13065
Orono Parkway.
I also request that the regularly scheduled April 9, 1997, Park and Recreation
Commission meeting be canceled.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss regular Park and Recreation
Commission issues.
III In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this
notice at least three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city
clerk to notify each member of the Commission of this special meeting, in
writing, at least one day before the meeting.
