The applicant, Guardian Angels, is proposing to plat 11.7 acres into the following parcels: • 3.17 acre lot containing a commercial building, • 2.97 acre lot containing an assisted living facility, • 22 lots for townhouse development and • 3.42 acre common area. • The property is located at 185th Avenue and Highway 10.
