ISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION BY
ELIZABETH BELANGER
Betty Belanger is proposing to subdivide an approximately 63 acre parcel
into two parcels, the smallest being slightly over 10 acres. No parks have
been identified for this area, therefore, staff is recommending that the one
additional lot created pays $500 in park dedication fees.
• Further, a trail corridor has been identified in this location along County
Road 1. This trail corridor would be the rural situation discussed by the Park
and Recreation Commission (which will probably be a widened shoulder
temporarily). County Road 1 has 100 feet of right-of-way in this location,
therefore, no additional right-of-way will be needed to accommodate this
trail.
A map showing the location of the property in question and a survey showing
the proposed lot split is attached to this memo. Staff looks forward to
discussing this issue with you.
