5. Information On Brady Property Development Ron Bastier
Ron Bastier will be on hand to present the proposed plat for the Brady property. The
concept drawings include: parks in the north east and northwest corners of property and a
100 foot wide corridor along the north property line that connects the parks. This concept
has much potential for park uses.
6. Review Hunting/Firearm Zone- Tom Zerwas
• Police Chief Tom Zerwas will be on hand to discuss the need to reassess the City's nine
year old Firearm/Hunting Ordinance with emphasis on enforceability.
7. Consider Ski Trail Groomer-Dave Anderson
Chair Anderson will discuss the need for a light weight ski groomer for the ski trails.
8. Consider Park Capital Improvements For 1995
Attached is a list of Park improvements for 1995. The first list identifies nine projects that
were recommended for funding last year, but were not completed. Those nine will be
scheduled for 1995 plus approximately $27,00.00 worth of items from the second list. The
items are listed by park, but there is no priority intended in the way the projects or parks
are recorded.

This item is actually a part of the preceding capital improvement list in that the
development of youth soccer fields will require funding. The cost will depend, as you can
see, greatly on how much parking construction is required. The major question is still "Is
this a worthwhile expenditure for a short term solution as we continue to search for a
permanent complex?"
10. Schedule Joint Meeting With City Council
• The City Council would like to schedule a joint meeting with the Park and Recreation
Committee on April 10, 1995, from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. The City Council would like to
discuss park land inventory and other issues you may have so, come on 3/8/95 prepared to
discuss this schedule as well as topics for that evening's agenda.

Subdivision Request, Case No.
AS 95-02
The above-mentioned administrative subdivision is scheduled to be brought
before the City Council on March 20, 1995. If the Park and Recreation
Commission need to review this development, please place this item on the
earliest agenda so the Park Commission's recommendations then can be
included in the report to the City Council.
Art Peterson is proposing to subdivide a 18.96 acre parcel into a 16.29 acre
parcel and a 2.67 acre parcel. The subject site does not affect any parks or
trails; therefore, staff is recommending that a cash payment of$450 be
required for the creation of an additional parcel.

The above-mentioned development is scheduled to be brought before the City
Council on March 20, 1995. If the Park and Recreation Commission need to

Bruce Anderson is proposing to subdivide approximately forty (40) acres into
• a thirty (30) acre parcel and a ten (10) acre parcel. Will land be required or
cash in lieu of land be required to meet park land dedication requirements?
