4.0. PRSR 07-10-1996 • The following is a list of individuals that live on Elgin Drive in Elk
River. This is a protest against any bike path that would be build in Phase
II of the Meadowvale Development. We feel that the path in unnecessary.
The street is wide enough for activities such as walking and biking. Our
development is not a heavily traveled area and the safety of our children
is not in jeapordy. The bike path will cause the area to become heavily
traveled which we do not want. It would be a waist of tax payers money
to put this bike path in. Please use the money in a better way.
