SUBJECT: Mickelson request for preliminary plat
for North Meadows 3rd Addition, Case
No. P 96-6
Attached for your review is the preliminary plat for North Meadows 3rd
Addition. The plat is located at the southwest corner of County Road 32 and 217
Ave. It involves subdividing a 35 acre parcel into three lots. This was referred to
you last month but because of a lack of a quorum it did not get reviewed. This
plat is on the agenda for the July 15, 1996 City Council meeting. Your
comments will be appreciated.
