lots, Case No. AS 96-4
Attached for your review are two administrative subdivisions. The property
owned by Matt Smith is located in the on the northeast side of Railroad Drive
at between the Evans Avenue and Freeport Avenue alignments. It involves
subdividing a parcel into 2 lots in connection with construction of a twin
home and would allow each home to be on its own lot. The Roger Johnson
• subdivision is located on the west side of Jarvis Street, north of the railroad
tracks. It involves subdividing a 9 acre parcel into 2 lots. The property
contains a single family residence and an industrial building which houses
an excavating business. This subdivision will allow for the house and the
business to be on their own separate lots.
These administrative subdivisions are on the agenda for the August 19, 1996
City Council meeting. Your comments will be appreciated.
