SUBJECT: Astrid McBeath, Request for
Administrative Subdivision for two lots,
Case No. AS 96-5
Attached for your review is an administrative subdivision request. The property
owned by Astrid McBeath is generally described as lying south of 189th Street
NW and west of Ogden Avenue NW. The request is to replat Lots 16-20, Block
2, Fifth Camp Cozy to create three lots. At this time, staff has not received the
survey from the applicant, but we hope to have a copy for tonight's meeting.
0 Park dedication fees were not received as part of the Fifth Camp Cozy Plat, and
staff recommends park dedication fees be required for this administrative
subdivision.
This administrative subdivision is on the agenda for the August 19, 1996, City
Council meeting. Your comments will be appreciated.
