SUBJECT: Administrative Subdivision Request
by River of Life Church, Public
Hearing Case No. AS 96-6
Overview
River of Life Church is requesting an administrative subdivision to divide
approximately 53 acres into three separate parcels. The administrative
subdivision includes platting the appropriate right-of-way for the extension
of Concord Street from Greenhead Acres north to 217th. This subdivision is
located in the A-1 (Agricultural Conservation) zone, requiring a minimum of
10 acre lot size. The draft park and recreation master plan does not identify
any proposed park land in the vicinity of the proposed plat. Therefore, the
• Park and Recreation Commission may consider a cash contribution based on
the three lots that are being created.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the Park and Recreation Commission recommend a
park dedication of cash in the amount required by the city at the time of city
approval for the proposed three lots in the administrative subdivision.
