SUBJECT: Transient Merchant License Requests
The City has received a request for four transient merchant licenses. The
requests are from four different individuals who will be selling coupon
booklets door-to-door in the city of Elk River. The coupon booklets advertise
LaRose's Pizza and Pasta. The four sellers will be selling from February 3 -
February 20.
The names of the four applicants are Sean Adkins; Joshua Krone; Cassandra
Dehn; and Jodi Stecker. Council approval will be contingent upon all of the
applicants successfully passing an investigation background check.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion approving transient merchant licenses for Sean Adkins;
Joshua Krone; Cassandra Dehn; and Jodi Stecker contingent upon successful
background checks.
