Approve, by motion, an On-Sale and Sunday Liquor License to HC Hajime Restaurant, Inc. DBA Hajime
Sushi Restaurant, valid until June 30, 2015, contingent upon receipt of a food establishment license.
Background/Discussion
HC Hajime Restaurant, Inc. is requesting On-sale Intoxicating and Sunday liquor licenses for a new
restaurant called Hajime Sushi Restaurant located at 18850 Dodge Street.
All application materials have been submitted and the applicant has successfully cleared a Police
Department background investigation.
