Tile Quotes for Lunch Room
The Council recently approved a budget amendment request in the amount of
$6,000 for replacing the flooring in the lunchroom and kitchen at city hall.
The City received 3 quotes to replace the flooring. The quotes are as follows:
Company Flooring Type Quote
Ceramic Tile Specialty Porcelain Tile $7,431.00
North Country Tile Porcelain Tile $5,838.00
Carpet One Commercial Ceramic Tile $6,461.90
The porcelain tile is a "top of the line" commercial grade tile and carries a
lifetime warranty by the manufacturer.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion to award tile quote to North Country Tile.
