NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that members of the City Council, Economic Development
Authority, Energy City Commission, Heritage Preservation Commission, Housing and Redevelopment
Authority, Ice Arena Commission,Library Board, Parks and Recreation Commission, Planning
Commission, and Utilities Commission will be attending the annual Board/Commission Volunteer
Appreciation Dinner on Thursday, March 5, 2015, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Rockwoods Banquet
Center, 9100 Quaday Avenue, Otsego, Minnesota. A quorum of the board/commission members may
attend the dinner;however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the
members during the dinner.
