In that time we have helped many students achieve fitness goals, develop self confidence and enter the competitive arena. Having outgrown our original space in Elk Hills Center, we wish to relocate to a spacious warehouse in an 11 zoned area. Hours of operation are clustered in three areas; 5:OOAM - 6:OOAM, 11:00AM - 2:OOPM, and 5:OOPM - 9:OOPM. We have 1 full time employee and 1 part time employee at this time. Roughly 20 parking spaces are needed at peak hours. Signage space is already provided in front of the building (rectangular box on a pillar provided by the owner). We will have no outdoor storage. Light buildout will be required to add a restroom and a locker room. We intend to continue our practice of improving our students lives through fitness and responsible martial arts training.
