outdoor rink program. The Recreation Division staffs two outdoor rinks which have
warming house as part of their amenities including Lions Park and Handke stadium.

Fabulous Fridays continue to draw in record numbers of participants. February average daily
attendance of 117 persons is the highest ever reported since opening in 2007. February
CAER fundraiser raised$600 for the food shelf. First ever Activity Center Chili Cook Off
had 7 local businesses participating. Daddy O's was voted the"Best Chili"in Elk River by
seniors at this event.Thanks to Applebee's,Culvers,Panera,Old Main Eatery,McCoy's,Elk
River Senior Dining and Daddy O's for donating chili for this event.
