Mike Hangaard is scheduled for an interview before the council for
consideration to the library board. His application is attached.

There is one vacancy on the Library Board to be filled. The city has received
no other applications.
ACTION REQUESTED
The Council can decide at this time whether or not to appoint Mike Hangaard
to the Library Board. The term is for 3 years expiring on 2/28/2003.
