SUBJECT: School Board - City/Township Meeting Update
Mayor Klinzing, Councilmember Motin, and I were in attendance at the
February 7, 2000, School Board meeting with all of the city councils and
township boards throughout the district. The meeting was well attended and
representatives from each township and city were present. Residential,
commercial and industrial growth predictions were offered and discussion took
place regarding the school building needs, funding issues, and bond
referendum options.
The mayor and/or Paul should be able to provide the council with a brief
update on the discussion at this 2/7/00 meeting.
