5. Discuss Western Area Trail System 1
As the construction begins on Orono Parkway and Joplin Street, it will be a

benefit to discuss trail placements, destinations, and surfaces before plats are
actually proposed. Staff will have maps to distribute at the meeting.
6. Update on Biathlon Range - Dave Anderson
• Dave Anderson will discuss the improvements, operation, and problems with the
biathlon range that adjoins the railroad trail.
7. Update on 193rd Avenue Sidewalk
Phil Hals will give an update on progress with the installation of the sidewalk
along 193rd Avenue in the Hillside plat.
