SUBJECT: Proposed Preliminary Plat by Kingman
Builders
The proposed plat includes subdividing Outlot B of Country Crossing 2nd
Addition. This subdivision will create 65 lots, of which, 64 will be twin home
units and the last lot common open space.
The Park and Recreation Commission may recall earlier conversations with
Country Ridge Partnership regarding their park dedication requirements for
the 120+ acres planned for residential development. The Park and
Recreation Commission concluded that Country Ridge Partnership may be
able to satisfy their entire park dedication requirements by dedicating
approximately 7.5 acres of the wooded area on the north side of Country
•
Crossings 1st Addition plus the outlots for trail corridors and three acres
south of County Road 30. Therefore, the park dedication requirements have
been satisfied for the proposed plat; however, it is being brought forward to
keep the Park and Recreation Commission members abreast of the
development activity within the western area.
