Consider Transient Merchant License
Shirley Madland has submitted an application for a transient merchant
license. Ms. Madland is requesting a license to sell flowers in the parking lot
of Hunts Feed and Garden Center. She has received written authorization
from Mr. Hunt. The request is to sell flowers on holidays, mainly Easter and
Mother's Day weekends.
Ms. Madland has sold flowers at this location for several years and the city
has received no complaints.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council authorization granting a transient merchant license for Shirley
Madland to sell flowers at Hunts Feed parking lot.
