Hiring A Part Time Custodian
On February 17, 2000, Sandy Peine, Sue Herrboldt and I interviewed three
applicams for the position of part time custodian. All three individuals were good
prospects but we felt that it is in the City's best interest to hire the recommended
person.
The building maintenance and custodial program Will be under my supervision.
Recommendation:
The interview committee unanimously recommends that the City Council authorize
the hiring of Allen Pudlick for 20 hours per week at Pay Grade 2, Step B which is
$9.82 per hour with the standard cost of living increase on 1/01/01 and a step
increase on 7/01/01if his job performance is at an acceptable level.
