SUBJECT: DECEMBER- MEETING
Please be advised - that, because of a number of scheduling
problems and program development items, the December Park and
Recreation Commission meeting has been cancelled. Therefore,
the next meeting Of the Park and Recreation Commission will on
Wednesday, January 3, 1990, at 7 :00 p.m. at the Elk River City
Hall Conference room. The tentative agenda for this meeting
calls for discussion on two major issues . These to issues are
(hopefully) the results of the community survey conducted by
Decision Resources, Inc. and extensive feedback to Mr. Sanders
on the preliminary Parks Master Plan material that was
distributed at the November, 1989, meeting. Other tentative
agenda items for the January meeting, as time allows', includes
updates from staff members and a review of the Orono Lake
Homeowners Association requests.

busy year for Park and Recreation , activities. Best wishes to
