RES 1978 1-2-78 RESOLUTION NO .1-2_78
iResolution establishing the Mayor of Elk River as the
official representative with the Environmental Protection
Agency , United States of America , for the Grant under
the Water Pollution Control Act , (33 U . S . C . 466 et seq . ) .
WHEREAS under the terms of the Water Pollution Control
Act (33 U . S . C . 466 et seq . ) , the United Stated of America
has authorized the making of grants to Elk River to aid in
the construction of a treatment plant project , NOW, THEREFORE ,
be it resolved by the City of Elk River that the, Mayor is hereby
authorized and directed to furnish such information as the
Environmental Protection Agency may reasonably request in
connection with the grant and to sign all necessary documents
and receive payment .
