Call Special Meeting

The City Council regular meetings are on the first, second, and third Mondays of each
month. The City Council has agreed to meet on the fourth Monday in May, on May 24, to
continue its discussion with Mr. Brimeyer on a city strategic plan, goals, priorities, and an
action plan. Accordingly, a special meeting needs to be called for this worksession.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Council call a special meeting for Monday, May 24, 2004 at
5:30 p.m., at City Hall to discuss a city strategic plan and to consider a regular business
consent agenda.
