IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 79-1
McCHESNEY DEVELOPMENT
RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a petition dated June 1, 1979,
requesting the construction of improvements specifically: Watermain, sanitary
sewer, storm drainage and streets, in the following described area:
South 959 feet of the Southeast 4 of the
Northwest 4 of Section 29, Township 32,
Range 23, Sherburne County, Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Elk River City Council that:
1. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby.
2. The proposed improvement is hereby referred to Consulting
• Engineers Diversified, Inc. and they are instructed to provide
the City Council with a feasibility report.
PASSED by the Elk River City Council this 9th day of July, 1979.
