IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 79-1
McCHESNEY DEVELOPMENT
RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 79-17 of the Elk River City Council
adopted on the 9th day of July, 1979, a report has been prepared by Consulting
Engineers Diversified, Inc., with reference to the improvement of: Watermain,
sanitary sewer and streets and this report received by the Council on the 9th
day of July, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Elk River City Council that:
The Council will consider the improvement in accordance with the
report and the assessment of benefiting property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Section 429, at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $84,815.
PASSED by- the Elk River City Council this 9th day of July, 1979.
