RESOLUTION NO. 79-19
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 79-1
McCHESNEY DEVELOPMENT
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT
AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WEEREAS, a Public Hearing was conducted by the Elk River City Council on
the 18th day of June, 19797 and
WHEREAS, the required notices were published and mailed to the benefiting
property owners and the public hearing was held on the 18th day of June, 1979,
at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Elk River City Council as follows:
1 . Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the feasibili
report which was accepted by Resolution No. 79-18 adopted on the
9th day of July, 1979.
2. The cost of the improvement will be assessed as outlined in the
feasibility report.
3. Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement and are directed to prepare plans and
specifications for the making of this improvement.
PASSED by the Elk River City Council this 9th day of July, 1979.
