RESOLUTION NO. 79-20
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 79- 1
McCHESNEY DEVELOPMENT
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council Resolution No. 7919 , adopted by the
Council on the 9th day of July, 1979, Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc.
have prepared plans and specifications for the following improvement: sanitary
sewer, watermain, storm drainage and streets for Project 79- 1 , McChesney
Development.
WHEREAS, Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. have prepared such plans
and specifications to the City Council for their approval :
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are on file in the City
Administrator' s office, are hereby approved.
2. The City Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the
official newspaper of the City an advertisement for bid for the making
of such improvement pursuant to the approved plans and specifications.
3. Such advertisement for bid shall call for sealed bids to be received
by the City Manager by 3:00 p.m. on Friday the 3rd day of August, 1979,
in compliance with the Notice to Contractors for the advertisement for
bid.
PASSED by the Elk River City Council this 9th day of July, 1979.
