SUBJECT: HRA Update
Councilmember Motto is a member of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA).
The last HRA meeting was held on May 3, 2004.
Discussion items from the May meeting, as indicated on the attached agenda, included:
* Downtown Revitalization Project - Key points for Development Agreement
. Update on the Arrow Building Center Proposed Redevelopment Project
The next regular meeting of the HRA is scheduled June 7, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. Regular scheduled
HRA meetings are also broadcast live on the city's cable channel.

which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda.
