MEADOWVALE OAKS
RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT
WHEREAS., the City Council has received a petition dated July 23, 1979 ,
requesting the construction of improvements specifically: Watermain, sanitary
sewer, storm drainage and streets, in the following described area:
The East of the Northwest of the Northwest
34 of Section 33, Township 33, Range 26,
Sherburne County, Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Elk River City Council that:
1. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby.
2. The proposed improvement is hereby referred to Consulting
Engineers Diversified, Inc. and they are instructed to provide
• the City Council with d (ea ihility report,
