RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 79-23 of the Elk River City Council
adopted on the 23rd day of July, 1979, a report has been pre-
pared by Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc., with reference
to the improvement of: watermain, sanitary sewer and streets
and this report received by the Council on the 23rd day of
July, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Elk River City Council that:
1. The Council will consider the improvement in accordance
with the report and the assessment of benefiting property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pur-
suant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429, at an estimated
cost of the improvement of $94,933.00.
2. The cost of the improvement will be assessed as outlined
in the feasibility report.
3. Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. is hereby designated
6 as the engineer for this improvement and is directed to
prepare plans and specifications for the making of this
improvement.
