RESOLUTION NO. 79-25
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 79-2
MPADOWVALE OAKS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS,
ORDERING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
AND ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council Resolution No. 79-24, adopted by
the Elk River City Council on the 23rd day of July, 1979,
Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. has prepared plans
and specifications for the following improvement: sanitary
sewer, watermain and streets for Project 79-2, Meadowvale Oaks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River that:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are on
file in the City Administrator's Office, are hereby
approved.
2. The City Administrator shall prepare and cause to be
inserted in the official newspaper of the City an adver-
tisement for bid for the making of such improvement
pursuant to the approved plans and specifications.
S3. Such advertisement for bid shall call for sealed bids
to be received by the City Administrator by 10:00 a.m.
on Nt.0.1wc-/ , the 20Y.day of �4. st:Mo 1979, in compliance
with the Notice to Contractors for the advertisement for
bid.
4. A public hearing on the proposed improvement project shall
be conducted on Moil- , Auk 5+- Zc , at 7:30 p.m.
at the Elk River Public Library.
Adopted this 23rd day of July, 1979, by the Elk River City Council.
