IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 79- 2
MEADOWVALE OAKS
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 79- 25 of the Elk River City Council
adopted on the 23 day of July , 1979, ordered a public hearing on proposed
project, and
WHEREAS, the required notices will be published and mailed to the benefiting
property owners and the public hearing will be held on the 20th day of August ,
1979, at which time all persons desiring to be heard will be given an opportunity
to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Elk River City Council as follows:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the feasibility
report which was accepted by Resolution No. 79-24 adopted on the
23rd day of July , 1979.
2. The cost of the improvement will be assessed as outlined in the
feasibility report.
3. Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement.
PASSED by the Elk River City Council this 20th day of August, 1979.
