Action Requested
Interview Trish Curtis for consideration as an energy- related business representative on the Energy City
Commission. If appointed, Ms. Curtis' term would expire February 28, 2018.
Background /Discussion
There are three vacancies (two energy related business representatives and one Chamber representative)
on the Energy City Commission. The vacancies have been advertised per the Board and Commission
Policy.
Staff received one application from Trish Curtis. Ms. Curtis will attend the meeting. She is applying as an
energy- related business.

I enjoy sharing my years of experience in utilities, energy conservation, behavior change,
and rnarketing within the areas in which we provide services. My position allows me to
work with other municipalities throughout the state bringing ideas from a variety of
sources.
Relevant Experience: Please describe your educational, professional, civic, or community
participation, which may be relevant in serving on this board /comrrdssionx.
I have over 20 years energy experience with both an investor owned utility and a co -op;
which brings a new perspective to the energy services company I now represent. I have
contacts in a number of markets K12, cities, counties, higher ed; and am the Co Chair of
the Energy Services Coalition.
