offers or counteroffers for the sale of real property. The properties being discussed are:

Motion calling Closed Meeting to Order
Hold Closed Meeting to consider a counter offer to purchase real property
Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 Natures Edge Business Center Second Addition
3. ADJOURN CLOSED MEETING
4. RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING
Discuss making a recommendation to council regarding the sale of the real property
located on Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 Natures Edge Business Center Second Addition.
