■ To hold a special meeting at 5:15 p.m. to consider offers or counteroffers for the sale
of real property of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 Natures Edge Business Center.
■ To hold a closed meeting per NIN Statute 13D.05, subd. 3(c) to consider offers or
counteroffers for the sale of real property of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 Natures Edge
Business Center.
