111 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER, SHERBURNE COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of August, 1979, at
the Elk River Public Library.
The following members were present:
Mayor Madsen, Councilmembers Duitsman, Engstrom, Otto and Toth.
The following members were absent: None

Councilman Engstrom introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 20th day of August, 1979,
fixed the 20th day of August, 1979, as the date for a public hearing on the following
proposed improvements:
IPStreet Improvements: Ogden Street and 196th Avenue
with respect to the following street(s) or area(s) , to-wit:
Ogden Street and 196th Avenue
and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the
making of these improvements were given ten days' published notice of the Council
hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice and the hearing was
held and property owners heard on the 20th day of August, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER:
1. Such improvements as set out above and for the street(s) or areas as above
indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in Council resolution adopted
August 20, 1979.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Toth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Councilmembers Duitsman, Engstrom, Otto, Toth.
The following voted against the same: None.
• Adopted by the Council this 20th day of August, 1979.
