A RESOLUTION VACATING QUINN STREET
1TWEEN MAIN STREET AND FOURTH STREET
WHEREAS, The City of Elk River has been requested to vacate Quinn
Street between Main Street and Fourth Street in the City
of Elk River; and,
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Elk River finds that it is
in the best interest of the general public to vacate Quinn
Street between Main Street and Fourth Street; and,
WHEREAS, Notice of the public hearing concerning the street vacation
was made two weeks prior to the public hearing date and ac-
companied by a mailed notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River that Quinn Street between Main Street and Fourth Street
in the City of Elk River is hereby vacated.
Adopted this 3rd day of December, 1979.
