RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a petition dated August 2, 1979,
requesting the construction of improvements specifically: Storm drainage and
streets, in the following described area:
The Southewest 14 of the Southwest 1, Section 31,
Township 33N, Range 26W, Sherburne County, Minnesota
NO, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Elk River City Council that:
1. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage
of owners of property affected thereby.
2. The proposed improvement is hereby referred to Consulting Engineers
Diversified, Inc. , and they are instructed to provide the City Council with a
feasibility report.
PASSED by the Elk River City Council this 7th day of July, 1980.
