PINEWOOD
RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT, WAIVING
THE PUBLIC HEARING, AND ORDERING OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 80-12 adopted on July 7, 1980, a report
has been prepared by Consolting Engineers Diversified, Inc. , with reference to the
improvement of storm sewer and streets, in the following described area:
PROPOSED PINEWOOD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the petition does represent 100% of the benefiting property owners,
thereby making this petition unanimous:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Elk River City Council of the following:
1. The feasibility report as ordered by Resolution No. 80-12 adopted on July 7,
1980 is hereby accepted.
2. The Council will consider the improvement in accordance with the report and the
assessment of benefiting property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429, at an estimated total
411 cost of the improvement of $63,794.
3. No public hearing is requested for these improvements in accordance with
Minnesota Statutes Section 429.
4. Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. , is hereby designated as the engineer
for this improvement and is directed to prepare plans and specifications for the
making of this improvement.
