RESOLUTION NO. 8046
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 80-1
PINEWOOD
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council Resolution No. 80-13, adopted
by the Council on the 7th day of July, 1980, Consulting Engineers
Diversified, Inc. have prepared plans and specifications for the fol-
lowing improvement : Storm sewer and streets for Project 80-1, Pinewood.
WHEREAS, Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. have prepared such
plans and specifications to the City Council for their approval :
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are on file in
the City Administrator ' s office, are hereby approved.
2. The City Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted
• in the official newspaper of the City an advertisement for
bid for the making of such improvement pursuant to the approved
plans and specifications.
3. Such advertisement for bid shall call for sealed bids to be
received by the City Manager by 10: 00 a.m. on , the
day of , 198 , in compliance with the
Notice to Contractors for the advertisement for bid.
