RESOLUTION NO. 80-17
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING HOURS
ELECTION POLLS ARE TO BE OPEN
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is a statutory City of the fourth
class; and,
WHEREAS, M.S .A. 205. 03 (1) provides that a statutory City of the
fourth class may by resolution designate the time during
which the polls shall remain open for the primary and
general election, and,
WHEREAS, the Elk River City Council has determined the polls shall
be open from 7 : 00 A.M. until 8 : 00 P.M. for the primary
and general election.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Elk River City Council that
the election polls be open from 7 : 00 A.M. until 8 :00 P.M.
for the primary and general election.
ADOPTED this 4th day of August 1980.
