Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Council of the
City of Elk River, Sherburne County, Minnesota
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of October,
1980.
The following members were present:

Councilman introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on
September 15 , 1980 , McCombs-Knutson Associates, Inc. has
prepared plans and specifications for the following improvements, to-wit:
"Watermain Extension To Salk Junior High School"
And has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the City of

said city held October 6, 1980, with the original thereof on file in my office
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the
same related to the issuance and sale of bonds for
