CITY OF ELK RIVER
RESOLUTION NO. 81-2,
A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING AND COMMENDING THE
SERVICE OF ROBERT OTTO
WHEREAS, Robert Otto was elected to serve on the first City Council of
the City of Elk River after its consolidation; and,
WHEREAS, Robert Otto has represented Ward 3 of the City of Elk River from
1978 to 1980; and,
WHEREAS, during the period of service by Robert Otto, the City Council dealt
with many diverse and difficult problems regarding thb consolidation
and the financial condition of the City of Elk River; and,
WHEREAS, Robert Otto, from 1978 to 1980, did continually work for the improve-
ment of the City of Elk River, and effectively represented his constitu-
ents in Ward 3 in dealing with the diverse problems confronting the
Council from 1978 to 1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River
that Robert Otto's service as a Councilman in Ward 3 from 1978 to 1980 is here-
III by recognized and further that Robert Otto is hereby commended and thanked for
his efforts as Councilman for the City of Elk River from 1978 to 1980.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of January, 1981.
