RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
OF SHERBURNE COUNTY, MINNESOTA
BE IT REEOLVED by the City of Elk River, Sherburne County,
Miii'riesotii that the said City of Elk River does hereby prove r
the splitting of Lot 2, Block 1, Country Side Acres, Sherburne
County, Minnesota, into two parcels lying Northerly and Southerly
of the following described line:
Commencing at a point on the East line of said Lot 2
distant 170 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof
thence, Westerly to a point on the West line of said
Lot 2, distant 106 feet South of the Northwest corner
of said Lot 2 and there terminating.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all that portion of said Lot 2,
lying Southerly of said line shall be considered a buildable
Lot and a legal lot of record from and after this date.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all that portion of said Lot 2,
141/ lying Northerly of said described line shall not be considered
a buildable lot but shall be considered to be attached to
Lot 1, Block 1, of said County Side Acres and shall not be
sold separately from said Lot 1, from and after the execution
of a deed to the present owner of said Lot 1.
SO RESOLVED, this 2nd day of February , 1981 .
