RESOLUTION NO. 81-9
SCHOOL AVE. N.W. IMPROVEMENTS, PROCTOR
STREET N.W. TO S.T.H. 169, AND
IRVING AVENUE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS,
SCHOOL AVE. N.W. TO 3RD AVE. N.W.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk Itiver is cognizant of the need for
public improvements, and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to make the following improvements:
Street and drainage construction on School Ave. N.W.
from Proctor Street N.W. to S.T.H. 169
Sidewalk improvements on Irving Avenue from School
Avenue to 3rd Ave. N.W.
and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to assess the benefitted property for a portion of the
costs of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River
that the proposed improvement is hereby referred to Consulting Engineers
Diversified, Inc. and they are instructed to provide the City Council with
a feasibility report.
