Approve, by motion, Amanda Othoudt, Executive Director for the Economic Development Authority.
Background/Discussion
The EDA Bylaws require the appointment of an Executive Director at the Annual Meeting of the EDA.
Historically, the Executive Director has been the Director of Economic Development. The Executive
Director manages the day to day operations of the authority, and has the power to set meetings, sign
EDA approved checks and contracts.
