Edge Business Center (NEBC) as requested by Scott Morrell.
Background/Discussion
Scott Morrell has requested a minor amendment to the purchase agreement dated March 16, 2015.
He requests the contingency date of the purchase agreement be changed from May 19, 2015, to August
18, 2015.

AMENDMENT TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT
This Amendment, dated April 16, 2015 , to that Purchase Agreement dated
as of March 16, 2015 between Buyer, Scott Morrell, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability
company and Seller, City of Elk River, a Minnesota municipal
corporation , for the purchase of Property located at
10775 170th Circle NW, Elk River, Minnesota 55330 The
Purchase Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
Paragraph 5 shall be amended as follows:
CONTINGENCIES WHICH MUST BE EXERCISED BY WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE CITY
ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 18, 2015 (THE "CONTINGENCY DATE "):
The remaining terms and conditions set forth in the Purchase Agreement shall remain unchanged.
